BLACK SYNTAX is an independent studio. We conjure games, tools, and websites — we are not in the business of harvesting you. This site runs with no accounts, no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party scripts watching over your shoulder. Here is exactly what that means.
what we collect
On this site, the only thing we ever ask for is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email, and your message. Nothing else is gathered. We don't log your visit for profiling, fingerprint your device, or set marketing cookies. If you never open the form, you leave no trace with us.
where your message goes
When you send that form, it travels over an encrypted connection to our mail provider (Cloudflare) and arrives in our inbox as an email. We read it, and we reply. We use your details for one purpose only — to answer you. We do not sell them, rent them, or hand them to anyone who isn't helping us reply.
our games, tools, and apps
BLACK SYNTAX makes more than this site — COCO, THE MARK, #1 FIGHTER, Go-Go-Gomoku, our LLM tools, Zenith Suite, and whatever comes next. Each lives at its own address and may handle data differently depending on what it does. Where a product carries its own privacy notice — for example Zenith Suite — that notice governs your use of it. Our web games generally run in your browser and keep their state on your own device; our apps aim to do the same. When in doubt, the privacy notice shown inside a given product is the one that applies to it.
cookies, analytics, tracking
None on this site. No analytics suite, no advertising pixels, no cross-site trackers, and no consent-banner circus — because there is nothing to consent to. Your browser may keep the ordinary technical bits it needs to load a page; we don't read them or send them anywhere.
how long we keep things
Contact messages stay in our inbox for as long as they're useful to the conversation, and no longer than we need them. Ask us to delete your message and we will.
children
Nothing here is directed at children under 13 — or the equivalent age where you live. We don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we'll remove them.
your choices
It's your data. Write to us and you can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased. We'll honour reasonable requests promptly and without making you jump through hoops.
changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and move the date below. Meaningful changes will be made plain, not buried.
